Southeren Literature

Course Description:

The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to Southeren Literature, using both a chronological and thematis framwork.The premise is since most students have been lifelong members of Southern culture, they should readily recongnize their own sociological problems and attitudes and perhaps themselves as they read these works.
