Vector Fields in VRML Cover Page

The picture above is a snapshot of a vector field animation generated by the equation v = -yi + xj + (y-x)k using VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) in which computer coding is translated by an Internet browser in order to view items in a virtual environment. If you have a VRML plug-in for your browser, you can click on the vector field animation and view it from all angles to examine its properties. A second example is based on the equation v = yi + xj + (y-x)k.
