10. Final Project

Each student will present a final project to the class on the last meeting(s). You will be working on this project throughout the rest of the quarter. The final project will be graded at certain milestones. Each milestone must be approved by the instructor before work can be started on subsequent milestones. Below, you will find a description of each milestone and the points possible. You are encouraged to do something that will benefit the school/community/world.

Milestone 1 - Storyboard

Before you start developing your project, you must have a storyboard of the hierarchy and flow of the content. You should have an idea of the fonts, colors, media (graphics and sounds) that will be used and it should be created or collected (if it needs to be imported). Submit your storyboard on paper.

Milestone 2- Presentation to the class (100 pts.)

On the final class meeting(s), each student will present her/his project to the rest of the class. You should state your objectives at the beginning of your presentation. You will be using the instructor station computer, projector, and speakers. You will have a maximum of 10 minutes.
