Taught courses in Visual Basic, Database Programming, Computational Science, Web Page Development, Flash and Survey of the Arts: History of Ballet.
1992: Systems Analyst, BCM Engineers, Inc., Mobile, Alabama
Wrote Vehicle Maintenance and Usage System in Paradox, developed data dictionary for environmental testing database, and composed procedures for using QE in Excel.
1984-1992: Computer Instructor, B.C. Rain High School, Mobile, Alabama
Taught Computer Programming and Applications for eight years.
Authored grant resulting in $15,000 from the Bedsole Foundation for the purchase of new computers.
Wrote competititive grant resulting in the award of over $80,000 worth of IBM computers and software to the school through the IBM Model School Project.

Taught courses in chemistry and food science for Hotel Management program.
1970: Research Technician, Baker Medical Research Institute Prahran, Victoria, Australia
Performed biochemical analyses using column, gas and paper chromatography, gel electrophoresis and spectrophotometry. Data from these analyses assisted in developing heart-transplantation methodologies in Australia.
