Wish List

Here is the 2012-2013 Faculty & Staff Wish List. This is a list of items and supplies needed for classrooms, dorms and other places on campus. All contributions will enhance our students' experience at ASMS. There are several ways to approach the Wish List - personal contributions or through your company or any other company in your area will work. Any gift is fully tax deductible. If you have questions about any item, notify the faculty or staff person whose name is listed with the item. All emails of employees here are first initial, last name @ASMS.net, i.e. lmayson@asms.net.

Endowment

We also are trying to raise funds for student activity fees. The number of students who qualify for financial assistance (cannot pay fees) has doubled over the past five years.

Memorials

Contributions can be made as a way to commemorate a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary, to honor a significant person or event, or to memorialize the loss of a loved one. These funds go into the foundation unrestricted account.

Good Search

Earn cash for ASMS when you surf the Web!

When you use the search engine goodsearch.com (it's operated by Yahoo!) you will earn cash for ASMS. Be sure that you register as an Alabama School of Math and Science user at the site. If 100 supporters search the Internet just twice a day, ASMS will earn $730 per year. If 1,000 supporters search just twice a day, ASMS will earn $7300 per year.

2. Locate the MyCokeRewards code either: under the cap, inside the tear-off on 12-packs; or on the wrapping of multi-packs

4. Log in to your account and click "Enter Codes"
5. Select "Donate to a School," find ASMS, and enter your codes.
6. Every time you buy Coke products, save the codes and enter them online to donate to ASMS.

Bruno's Receipts

We are saving Bruno's receipts again this year for cash back to ASMS. Please remember to save your cash register receipt if you shop at Bruno's.

Also, Each register has its own little waste paper basket and the cashier will give you the receipts in it as well. Just bring them to the development office or put them in our basket in the mailroom or give them to me. Receipts must be dated: Term 1 - August 2011-December 2011 and Term 2 - January 2012-May 2012.
