Family Day

2020 Virtual Family Day Schedule

We hope you can join us for ASMS Family Day! Family Day will occur virtually this year on Microsoft Teams. Due to Hurricane Sally, Family Day on October 10, 2020 will become a full instructional day while still providing other avenues of parental engagement. Periods 1-9 will meet following the traditional 8:00 am to 3:45 pm schedule we use during “normal” times. Parents will receive a link via e-mail and/or Blackbaud from their students’ faculty members that will enable them to attend their students’ classes on Microsoft Teams for the day, if they so choose. Parents can still request one-on-one meetings with faculty and staff members on this date. Students and parents should check their email for more information.

Important: If you would like to meet one-on-one with an ASMS College and Academic Counselor or ASMS Faculty Member on Family Day, you MUST schedule those meetings prior to Family Day by e-mailing the individual you'd like to meet with by October 2, 2020. Please click the schedule below for more information.

Parent Association

Due to Hurricane Sally, the PA night of virtual fun and fundraising is being rescheduled. The proceeds from the event go directly to the school to enrich the lives and education of the students, so the PA wants to make sure they have plenty of time to prepare for the events.

The PA needs your help preparing!

  • Donate to the Silent Auction
  • Sponsor the Event
  • Participate in the Talent Show (students)
