Rapunizal Boykin, Director of Admissions and Outreach
Rapunizal Boykin is the Director of Admissions and Outreach for the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science. Boykin brings a strong background in Admissions, Student Leadership, and Student Development. She is passionate about education and committed to ensuring that students across Alabama have access to advanced learning opportunities. She is excited to serve and support the mission of ASMS. Boykin is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Education Leadership, further deepening her commitment to student success and educational equity.

Lizzie Martin, Coordinator of Admissions and Outreach
Lizzie Martin is the Coordinator of Admissions and Outreach at the Alabama School of Mathematics and science. She was born and raised in Prichard, Alabama. After graduating from Murphy High School, she joined the U.S. Navy where she retired after 23 years of service. Martin joined the ASMS staff in November of 2018 and travels across the state telling students about ASMS, its history, and what it can offer in hope of recruiting the best and brightest students in Alabama. She also enjoys ongoing interactions with prospective students/parents during and after the admissions process. She currently live sin Saraland, Alabama with her husband Jimmy and son, Jamare.
