All 6 ASMS Students in Advanced German II Class Named Gold Award Winners on the National German Exam Honor Roll

All 6 students in Ms. Dorothee D. Ehrhardt's Advanced German II class have been awarded the Gold Medal and special recognition on the National German Exam (NGE) Honor Roll for outstanding performance on the 2024 National German Exam for High School Students. This recognition is given to students who achieved the highest percentile rankings on the NGE sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of German.

Over 13,000 students participated in the Levels 2-4 program this year. The National German Exam, now in its 64th year, rewards students through an extensive prize program and provides a means of comparing students in all regions of the US. Angelika Becker, German Teacher at Carmel High School in Indiana and AATG President said, The AATG congratulates these excellent students and their outstanding performance. The results reflect not only the hard work of the individual students, but also the dedication of their teachers, the support of their families, and the school districts.
