Presenting The ASMS Class of 2026
We are so proud of this year’s Alabama School of Mathematics and Science graduates. The Class of 2026 includes students from 32 different counties across the state of Alabama. We are so proud to share some highlights of their accomplishments with our school community!
- 105 graduates
- 32 counties represented
- 100% of graduates are college-bound.
- 11 graduates maintained a 4.0 GPA at ASMS.
- 6 seniors were named National Merit Finalists.
- 2 QuestBridge Scholars
- 3 US Presidential Scholar Semifinalist
- 2 seniors were selected as 2026 'Wonder Kids' by Mobile Bay Magazine.
- 2 seniors participated in the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair
- 4 researchers on a NOAA-grant-funded project
- 5 seniors presented at university-level research conferences
- Class average ACT score of 29
- This class earned 23 million dollars in merit- based scholarships
- 63% of graduates are remaining in Alabama for college.
- 37% headed to universities around the United States
